Marvel Architects is a dynamic, award-winning 140-person firm with offices in New York City, Richmond Virginia and San Juan Puerto Rico. We seek a gifted Intermediate Architect / Designer with a minimum of 4-7 years  experience to expand our architectural design services from concept design to project completion.

Our approach integrates Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Interior Design and Planning into a portfolio of new construction and adaptive re-use projects that bridge private spaces and the public realm.  Projects include multi-family and luxury housing, theaters, schools, and large-scale public spaces in and beyond New York City. This is a unique opportunity for an up-and-coming Designer driven to contribute immediately to a creative and collaborative studio environment.   Qualified applicants are talented Architects and Designers capable of producing unique concepts and communicating designs through working drawings and renderings. Applicants will have experience generating proposals, concept design, managing clients, developing documents, and delivering presentations. The position requires management of consultants, delegation of work assignments and providing direction to multiple project teams. Applicants must be proficient in AutoCAD, 3d modelling and rendering, and have completed projects in Revit. Candidates must have a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture, with strong organization, team building and design skills.
